I haven't posted in a while

I know I haven't posted anything in a while. I had a really busy holiday and school has really been kicking my !@#$.
I just got back from South Carolina, my brother Kyle got married!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

So I had a great Thanksgiving. We went to our good friends Don and Melisa's house. Their daughter Kiera is so funny... We had a lot of fun and the food was really good. We had to come home early because the Rell Sunn Contest was early the next morning.

Friday: I only had longboard on Friday and made it all the way to the finals which will be held during Saturday's competition.

Saturday: Shortboard began right at 7 am and my first heat was horrible. Their were no waves for the first 12 minutes of a 15 minute heat. I caught a wave right at the end but I wasn't sure if that was going to be enough to get me to the quarter finals. Whew, my score for the wave was high enough to get 2nd place and move on. My quarter finals didn't end so well and I didn't make it any further. But with my head held high I knew I still had the longboard final coming up at 4pm.

I finished with 2nd place in the longboard division and got some really cool stuff  and a trophy. All and all it was a fun contest.

Helloooo Sunday

Well it was another great day!! I spent all day at Pyramid Rock Surfing. The waves were pretty good and it wasn't crowded at all.  My Dad and I had the best sub for lunch!!!

Once I got home we cooked flank steak and potatoes on the grill. I hung out with my dogs Bleu and Friday and went to bed... getting up early tomorrow to surf with Robert at Makaha or the North Shore.

Good Morning!!

Aloha Saturday...going to Pyramid Rock to surf!  The waves are supposed to be 2-5ft today.
I had a nice session yesterday at Makaha!!

 Looking forward to the Rell Sunn contest this Friday.
